You guys are making way too much of a big deal of this...

1. It's for eroge (H games) only. NOT anime.
2. No, they are NOT going to apply something like that to anime. Anime is a big industry in Japan. They aren't going to pointlessly damage the industry.

4. Even if for some unthinkable reason, 2) happens, Everything listed in that list is meant in terms of sexual fetishes. So "loli" would refer to loli sex - your lolis sitting there being cute isn't what they're banning.... Or do you really like CP...?
5. Even if your nightmare prove correct, the anime industry will just adapt. It's not impossible to make good anime without any of that stuff.

would i be correcting in using the term ecchi-loli as acceptable, as ecchi isn't explicit. though i think in eroge it'll be an all-or-nothing kinda thing. meaning not even loli-ecchi will be in there

Lol reading this topic made my emotions change rapidly..from the start: Grrrrrr Japan....then...oh that's ok then, if its only hentai, to ARghhh WHAT!!!! and then phew i misread that. but meh.....as long as Japan's silly laws don't get anywhere near my anime.....then its good....otherwise ill be practicing some of that stuff from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.....or just use Master Spark
