Yeah yeah I don't like the PS3 but I got a good offer... I was at a console shop because I needed to bring a friends PSP there for a bit modding. I know the owner quite well and wee chatted a bit, out of fun I asked him at what price he could offer me a used PS3 for...
He said 350€ bundled with GT5 Prolouge and Midnight Club 3. I asked him further if wee could do something about the price, I said I have lots of old stuff I don't need anymore like a GameCube etc....

He said it would depend so I drove home, grabbed my old GameCube, GBC and GBA along with a crapload of old games I don't play anymore and he said 280€ and the PS3 is mine, and because I'm a frequent buyer there he gave me Little Big Planet for free!

Despite me not liking the PS3 I it was a too good offer to refuse so I hope I didn't waste the 280€.... I won't get allowance for the next 5 months since I lend the money from my parents.... Hopefully I will not regret that....

It's 80GB dunno what backwards compatibility, it's currently updating to 2.70, my PSN name will be most likely SkyDX if it's available, the account should be created in about 20mins so feel free to add me.

That's a really great deal. I got a 360 about 5 months ago, and it cost more than that . i bet another game u could get for cheap is Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. in my opinion its better than world at war, plus, its awesome lol

Well I won't get any games I have on my PC already, plus remember I don't have allowance for the next 5 months so...
One thing that makes me mad already... I have to download every feature O_O...

Congrats on your PS3, you honestly wonr regret it....if your game short, try some of the demos, there are hundreds on the stores

I seem to have an infamous issue with the PS3.... NAT type 2 upnp not enabled...

I entered my IP settings manually because I need to do it anyway or the PS3 would have no internet.

My Network looks like this:

Modem/Router Combo (192.168.178.1) connects to --» WLAN Router (192.168.178.2) connected devices --» PC (wired 192.168.178.201) PS3 (WLAN 192.168.178.233)

I already forwarded some PS3 ports on the WLAN router and added it to the WLAN routers DMZ, still no upnp..... any suggestions?

UPnP is enabled on both routers.

Oh and about the Demos, I only have a handful on my German PSN O_O

Congrats on the purchase. I <3 my ps3. Just got LBP again so I will be online most of the time, AGAIN!! :D You can find most (if not all) of our ps3 usernames here on ep. Mine is MrEnigma82 anyways ^_^

On a side note i just let my ps3 do it all automatically network wise. Have no probs with it at all
