I think I found a bug.

Whenever you select an image file and for some reason its not valid or whatever, the program doesn't seem to release the file.

I have to shut down the program in order to unlock the file for editing.

^^Not sure about that actually, mainly because the program doesn't perform any locking whatsoever.  So it's most likely an issue with VB or something Erk

Not sure though.

ok i HAD to come by and personaly thank you mate :D first off your app is AMAZING!!!!, second i would like to say that thanks to your app i no have the XMB i cons i worked on for like a week trying to get to work but they wouldn't work for some odd reason with the other topmenu flasher like AT  ALL but i am happy to say that thanks to yours there working great :D

Heres my Ys Ark of Napistim Swords i did 2 of the red one as you can see but made the empty one extremly bright. Even made shadows for them :D

also made a replacement Hold button icon its from Kingdom Hearts (doesn't really go with my theme but meh) also has shadow
(sorry i know there hard to see due to dimensions)

Psp Updates got the version number of ur program wrong they have typed version 1.5.

But in download link it's 1.05

I made a red and black battery indicator. I used an already customised rco file, extracted the battery and shadows, edited them in PS and saved them right back and replaced. Worked fine, GREAT tool. Here it is:
