picViewer v0.1 (First program in VB2008)
Have fun with it.  Tell me what you think I should add to it.  

I'll include your suggestions in the next release.

Note:  3% of the program isn't mine.  I got the buttons and how to align everything from a book.  Though, I coded everything myself.

EDIT: nope,. lol but still a nice tool! :)

i was thinking about a picture browser&viewer for the PSP i had seen a few weeks ago,. can't find it now,.
