ok one other question. when i got all redirected to one that i want, is it possible to make it static and only have the text scroll?

like for this theme im making.

well can someone elaborate on how to do this with an offset with making the circle with 2 arrows stay static.

the redirected sub icon, to make static only when scrolling

or make it the main icon. Together with your normal main icon.

so what ur saying is that i should allow scroll of the icon everytime.? but it looks wierd when the icon comes down when scrolling to diff sub-icons

i dono, ill make two versions then, one with scroll and no scroll
