Is that its always a two way system, meaning that both the repped and repper always seem to get it in the end

this happens ALL the time, to the point i just find it funny. It seems the neg reps aren't criticism rather insults that are thrown around at people and the neg repped person will always return the neg rep in the same manner



but if you get my point, can you find ANYONE without neg repping someone and getting neg repped back? do wee not see neg rep something to improve upon or do wee see it as an insult?
