best way to learn print or view an anime picture that's small and draw it on a blank page scaled to like 3 times bigger

lol, why don't you try it yourself first.
But if you draw the chin down too much, it won't look "chibi"
And yeah the hair should be sharper.
Looks good tho.

My mom wants me do my homework because it's friday and it's only due monday.
