Awesome program... although i wish i can run it. my firmware is too high.

what do you mean your firmware is too high? aren't you on 3.40 OE-A?
by the way you use this on your PC not PSP (just incase you were thinking that).
RCO Editor can extract gameboot items for you to then edit with something else like photoshop (the opening_plugin.rco version) but you will need Sony UMD tools to edit the actual videos, or you can download some from sites like this and psp-hacks.com

i opened flash0:// and 'borrowed' the files... and tried to run them on the program thinking "yeah these will work"

so it will changed that white Backround when you load a game?

to change the white background, you are dealing with the "gameboot.pmf" file which is a psp formatted video, you can't exactly edit it but you can change it or make your own :D
