osk should be easy just replace the pic with a bg of choice with a white alpha channel I'll have the guide in my mega guide Madwin

yes but it still needs to be indexed-colored(254colors with white alpha channel) in photoshop and the picture got to be added with rcoedit 114

maybe i just add a customize pack with all tools,. etc,..
