Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Ok well I have made some themes in my time, but i will admit most the time i don't really know what I am doing.

Anyway here is the theme I am currently asking for help with:

I am having trouble with dissapearing icons :( And to be honest I don't know why, because the main dock icons are all less than 9KB whereas applecor's are around 60KB, and my subicons are all around 5-6kb and applecors are 36kb so what the hell :o

Anyway I hope someone can help me! Here are the PSD's for the main icons and subicons, and I also uploaded the icons in PNG format! and if you can help me please PM me! (if possible I would prefer to have the icons with the text :) )

-try to dummy all icons in topmenu_plugin.rco
-add dummy files in topmenu_icon.rco with rcoedit 114 18x8 alpha black visibility 1x1
-you are using 32bit icons,.? if you can convert them to 8bit bmp's and they still look good then you can add them with rcoedit114,.(the dock icons don't have to many colors,.!?)
-canvas size the line in system_plugin.rco to 16x8

i never use png's so can't help you there,.

Vegetano I only use PNGs as I don't know how to convert them to BMPs, which is why I uploaded the PSDs aswell as someone might be able to do it with them. But thanks for the help I will see what I can do now!

Vegatano, everytime i convert to 8bits they do not save with the alpha channel so i don't get the transparancy :( Any ideas?

i ment save them as 32bit with alpha channel,. and load them with rcoedit114,.
