O.o? did you fix it? Are you sure all the pins line up? like

Also on the other side if that I think there are a bunch of bronze bars leading into the nubby (The correct name for your so called joystick) check if any of those are bridged with some dust or some metal, if they are remove it or blow the dust off.
Also clean the inside of the front face plate and the lcd itself. You probably haven't noticed this but it's probably pretty dusty. Sadly, you will never get all the dust out after you remove the face of the psp.

So now i fixed it, and it moves down and right ok, but left and up move very slowly, but i just remembered how to recalibrate the nub, i feel so stupid, that's all i had to do in the first place Thanks to your help everybody... Sorry

you also could try reinstalling cfw, my psp did the same thing and i replaced the nub with a new one and still did the same thing , so i reinstalled 401m33-2 and now it's working great

...I know I'm really late but there's a plugin that disables and even fixes the analog in some situations. I used it once and it worked.
