Also can you get it into recovery? If you can I can get you backups of the files.

He can't cause he deleted recovery along with it, and the file that boots the PSP aint there.

well then go with option "A"
You don't need a recovery menu to smash it with a rock.
On second thought find a really tall build and drop it off the side... Then take a picture of the exploded mess.
