Poll: Do you read them?
I _always_ read all of them. (crazy)
I always at least skim over them.
I usually skim or read over them.
I sometimes read/skim over them.
I accept any EULA/ToS that's placed in front of me...
I always bail out if there's a EULA/ToS anywhere - they're not to be trusted >_>

Interesting to bring that one up, it's because they just leave the default ToS there.  I seriously doubt that the admins even read it (I wonder how many warez sites "don't allow piracy" according to their ToS >_>).
Lol, if you don't give any info, then what is there to distribute?  Oh ya, don't use the same password across forums, or at least ones that you don't particularly trust.

That's a common saying referring to an act that you have no control over.

Such as if lets say, your PSP gets struck by lightning and blows up.

Wait that's wrong... it's an act that noone has any control over. Something you can't blame anyone for.

...The program was some package viewer for command and conquer 3 tiberium wars

oh and I hate those where you have to scroll all the way to the bottom just so some javascript will enable the next button...I usually just spend a few minutes looking through the source for the url that the next button redirects too...
