Interesting to bring that one up, it's because they just leave the default ToS there. I seriously doubt that the admins even read it (I wonder how many warez sites "don't allow piracy" according to their ToS >_>).
Lol, if you don't give any info, then what is there to distribute? Oh ya, don't use the same password across forums, or at least ones that you don't particularly trust.

That's a common saying referring to an act that you have no control over.
Such as if lets say, your PSP gets struck by lightning and blows up.

i know theres an app which can highlight key points in a EULA to make sure your not unaware, but i never read them so i didnt bother to learn its name

Wait that's wrong... it's an act that noone has any control over. Something you can't blame anyone for.

oh and I hate those where you have to scroll all the way to the bottom just so some javascript will enable the next button...I usually just spend a few minutes looking through the source for the url that the next button redirects too...
