So i was doing the render (that you see in my sig again) and all of a sudden my bro (who hates people who like anime; and barely knows anything about it in general) saw the picture in plain view for about 1 ~ 2 seconds (he snuck up) barely enough time to see anything

and now hes saying "oooh yeah you like looking at that stuff" and "who jacks off to anime hershey kisses?" "You're a pervert" and all those other quotes you would expect to hear

I of course, had an answer and i told him it randomly popped up in my internet browser and i closed it right when he came in

so now i have a brother running around and thinking that his younger brother loves anime hershey kisses, hey maybe he could be joking and putting it down on me but i really don't know

he has the wrong idea right now, and i don't know how to exactly to get him to believe me (hes a something else, don't think he'll understand somethings)

yeah.........another emo thread :P ; i need some help again.......

but im really shaken up right now (and i really can't think straight at the moment) and i don't really understand why...

ugh its not that someone saw a picture, its the fact that it was my anime hating brother that saw it (and its not even classified as a hershey kisses picture anyway...)

You live in... the US?

There should be lots of people in the US who likes anime. LOT more anime conventions, anime shops, anime everything than here in Australia, and where I am, there's quite a lot of people who like anime, so theoretically, there should be even more people in the US who like anime. Maybe the particular place you live just has noone.

Where I live people don't really care that much about what you like. But then again, I'm only a casual anime watcher, nowhere close to a hardcore fan. I only watch anime, nothing else in my life is really anime related, so there isn't this obvious noticeable link between me and anime that people can easily pick up.

You can ignore him mostly.  If he starts telling others, you can pretend he's lying.
Or you can just act like it's not a big deal.
His primary aim is (probably) to piss you off, so if you're not getting pissed off at all, then he's going to lose interest.
