Maxime Wrote:Hi Zinga!
Well, I've got a proposition for you :
I know this program isn't open source, but I (and all frenchies too) would be interesting in traducing your app (in french of course), hex-editing sucks and doesn't allow long words so if you agree, I'd really enjoy send you back translated sources...
It's up to you :)
PS : Be sure I don't want to leak your sources, I'm not this kind of guy ;)
PS2 : Is RCOEdit Windows command line compatible? I mean can I type "RCOEdit.exe /Extractall topmenu_plugin.rco" or this kind of stuff? If it do works, which are the commands?
Urgh, I'll just release the source code soon anyway...  The program is messy as hell, but meh.

Merlin09 Wrote:yes, just a thing. I have a little strange thing: some lines in the xmb menus seems not to work. the strange thing is that the lines are still here, but without the text written, and trying to launch them freeze the psp :(
Does someone having a clue of what it may be ?
I tried to format the flash1, and I encourted the same kind of error while running the first time init, I go on with time, time zone, and then I go on next page, no text, and when I press on cross like asked, freeze...
kind of weird.
Did you change sysconf_plugin.rco ?

RE: [PSP] RCO Editor v1.13b
ouch, how bad am I?
you're right ZiNgA BuRgA, I do have modified the sysconf_plugin.rco, and I haven't seen the warning that it may corrupt some parameters. Thanks for pointing this out for me!

I think I'm going to leave the original out since it's quite a pain in the donkey to have some trash in the menu...

Yeah, I figured that out a few days ago :S  Mainly RCO Editor is coded pretty poorly (I'm lazy, lol).  I've already fixed this bug, but... Erk

hey Zinga are you going to work on a valid opening plugin for the 3.xx firmwares?

So wee won't have to do that prx editing/swaping for it.

RE: [PSP] RCO Editor v1.13b
^^It's tricky cause I don't know exactly what to do.

I know it's a page resource issue (it always is, lol).  I dunno the properties of the extra resource Erk
Also, opening_plugin seems to be picky on the only part of the RCO I can't figure out - in topmenu, the PSP doesn't seem to mind much about messing the area up, but opening does :S

RE: [PSP] RCO Editor v1.13b
Fantastic Program. Brings me hours of fun, yes fun

I was wondering if anyone else has this issue. Whenever i close the rcoedit it lags my computer for about 40 seconds, to the point were i
can't do anything at all. I know its probably saving the rco i just edited but woo is it bad, maybe in a future version have a save feature maybe added? I love the fact it makes a backup automatically, it has saved my butt a couple times.
