Well, I first sharpened and applied image so the whole image is sharp. Then I used reduce noise, I now like that effect other than the other way around. But for the final touch I did a sort of different technique.
I applied image again, I made that layer 2x the size(ctrl+t then on the top change W and H to 200), then I go to filter>stylize>diffuse (pick the last one the anisotropic or something like that), then press ctrl+f 2 more times to exaggerate the effect, then reduce the size again by ctrl+t(on the top change W and H to 50) so it becomes back to regular size. Then sharpen it 1 or 2 times depending on what looks better. Then I set that layer to lighten.


I am giving my techniques away :D

EDIT: and if people want me to (not just one person) I may post the PSD. So please post here if you want me to upload it because I don't want to waste my time uploading something noone will download or benefit from.

I never make my sigs in a greater resolution than what I want the outcome to be but you now know what I did.

Oh and When I create a new document for the sig I usually change the dpi to 100 or 150 for sigs and 300 for lp's, people with GREAT monitors should be able to see the difference.

there that's 2...

man i wish someone could make some sorta tut (unless theres already 1) on like how 2 make good backgrounds and how 2 merge the right brushes together and what not....

but yeh i really like the spidey sig, love the way alla ur sigs look...lets say...fresh?? if ya catch my drift lol

Well from experience practice helps. And to help with blending use adjustment layers, gradient maps help alot but don't overdo it or it will look boring.
