RE: How exactly would you answer this question???
I would pick white.
White usually, in my head, represents light and if an object was white (or light) I would be able to see it. If it is black (or dark) I can not.
I would rather be stuck in an oblivion of white than an oblivion of black.
A plain white room is scary, but a plain black one is scary.
I would also pick white because, once again in my head, white represents light and I'm afraid of the dark.

RE: How exactly would you answer this question???
Id be easier to answer if you don't mention "better"
When Better is mentioned racism issues come up. Because is not a what you like better, but which one is better.
Its a tricky question.

RE: How exactly would you answer this question???
Depends on how you look at it.
In terms of light White is a combination of all colors
In terms of objects Its a reflection (or absence) of all colors
In terms of ligh Black Is an absence of color
In terms of objects Black is an absorbtion (combination) of all color
Wee had this debate in art 2 last year.
It all depends on how you look.
Not locked...
Human discussions amuze me.

RE: How exactly would you answer this question???
Are black and white colors when generated as light?
The answers:
1. Black is the absence of color (and is therefore not a color)
Explanation:
When there is no light, everything is black. Test this out by going into a photographic dark room. There are no photons of light. In other words, there are no photons of colors.
2. White is the blending of all colors and is a color.
Explanation:
Light appears colorless or white. Sunlight is white light that is composed of all the colors of the spectrum. A rainbow is proof. You can't see the colors of sunlight except when atmospheric conditions bend the light rays and create a rainbow. You can also use a prism to demonstrate this.
Fact: The sum of all the colors of light add up to white. This is additive color theory
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The question:
Are black and white colors when they exist as pigments or as molecular coloring agents?
The answer:
Black is a color. (Chemists will confirm this!)

RE: How exactly would you answer this question???
Okay...
First I would my get my neurons fire an electrical signal.
Then I would have my nerves send this signal down to my mouth muscles to open them.
Then I would recall what sounds I wanted to say and move my vocal chords as I'm making the correct shape with my mouth. (still firing neurons for each action.)
After that I would fire more neurons and get my mouth to close, so as not to look retarded. And aviod small particles entering my body.
That's is exactly how I would answer if I were going to answer again.
