Your computer and desk rig.
What's your computer and desktop rig? Like what's your computer setup with.. list everything and then maybe a photo of your desk.

I'll start it off:
Windows Vista Home Premium (currently XP because of a screwed HDD)
Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHZ
Asus P4P800 Deluxe
2x 160GB Western Digital HDD (WD1600JB) - (one is currently screwed, awaiting new one)
Radeon 9600XT 512mb
1.5GB of RAM
5.1 Creative Sound Blaster Sound Card
Antec Sonata Case
Chimei CMV 221D 22inch widescreen LCD
Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard
Logitech MX1000 Laser Mouse
Logitech Z-5400 Digital 5.1 Speaker System
Logitech Premium USB Headset 350
WiFi Link USB Access Point (For PSP)

And that's about it for my computer.. and yes, I know I like Logitech. I'll post a photo later.. my room is in serious need of a cleanup. I can't move my chair without rolling over something.

RE: Your computer and desk rig.
Well, my machine might be considered the machine of dual's.

Windows XP Pro (I have Vista Ultimate, but I'm not impressed)
Asus A8N-SLI Premium
AMD Athlon64 X2 4200+
2 gigs of RAM
2 SATA-II HDD's summing up to 570 gigs (one Seagate, one Western Digital)
2 DVD Burners (one Pioneer, one NEC with custom firmware)
2 eVGA Nvidia 7600 GT's running in SLI mode
OCZ Modstream 520W Power Supply
Samsung SyncMaster 710MP LCDTV screen
Logitech MX1000 Laser Mouse (good choice, I love mine)
Microsoft Natural Ergonomic (split-key) Keyboard 4000
...all housed within a Thermaltake Armor case with a hell of a lot of cooling.

Hrm. My room is in a constant state of disarray -- sounds familiar, especially the chair part, lol.

RE: Your computer and desk rig.
That's some really nice gear you've got there Liquid.. and with that whole dual boot thing, I had XP then I installed Vista.. I then tried to install XP again and being a fool I screwed the bootloader. Trying to fix that I screwed the HDD. So now I'm running XP on an old 20GB HDD.

RE: Your computer and desk rig.
you can just place your other hdd as a slave drive on you computer and format it through xp then just re-install to it, I've done once so I'm fairly sure you could prlly do it too

RE: Your computer and desk rig.
Wow, dasme, I've never been able to survive on that little RAM. Even my ancient Dell laptop had 512. How do you put up with it?

@Gavia: Thanks. I love my rig. It's a bit noisy with all the fans, but that doesn't bother me (except when I sleep, but I just turn it off). As for your boot loader problem, if you run the XP setup disc, there should be an option in the recovery console to fix that (I think it's simply fixmbr). Delete the Vista partition (you can do that from XP) then run the disc and choose recovery console (may only be available on Pro, I can't remember).
