Zinga, when you fix it could you update the attachement in this thread http://endlessparadigm.com/forum/showthr...p?tid=996.
Make sure it has the number of XMB icons set correctly so regular users can use it with no problems.
Thanks for the work.

^^You might not have got the alpha right. Make sure the black area is transparent if you're using 32bit BMPs. If using 8bit, make sure it's the same black colour (transparency options should be on by default).

Alpha has to be modified in Photoshop.
Umm, if it works in 3.03, try this: after extracting all the icons to a folder, delete all the *.mig and *.bmp files, so you only have *.dat files. Now just replace multiple like normal :P

Paint can't control alpha. If you're using Paint, your best bet is to use 256 colour (8bit).

im lost on this, but when i made the icons i used paint and i saved them as 256 and put them in a rco and there was no problem, then today i dug out the rco cause i got the clean rco from, so i extracted all my icons to a folder then i opened the clean rco and then i hit replace all and when it finished i flashed the rco and then i saw like shadows and i replace every shadow and what not with the blank.dat and now i have those black squares. did i do something wrong??? i mean the squares are transparent but its really anoying.
