And this is the part where I SCREAM...
I can't update to 3.71/3.80/3.90 m33. I sound and feel like the biggest noob now.

First 3.90 m33 gave me a message from 3.52 M33-4 but then when I tried a lower version (ex: 3.80 m33) it said: "this upgrade requires 3.52 M33-3 or higher", which I KNOW I have.

Any idea on the annoyance here? =\

Just go back to 1.5, back up to 3.52 M33-3, then try again. If that doesn't work, there's always Pandora.

I tried you're first part but not the second.
What would I use for that? I have Pandora but not anything special with it (I don't keep up all the time with my PSP, hence I'm still on 3.52 M33-4.)

If you use the latest pandora,.!? install 3.71m33 update 2 and from there you can easily update to 3.90m33,.!!

Make loads of $$!! it wurks!!

^^even though you said you fixed it i also had the same problem with a fat psp once.. i used Despertar del Cementerio v4 to pandora to 3.80 then i network updated to 3.90...
