Hmmmm. Hex workshop, is pretty easy to use guys.
That being said, if he doesn't come back, and no one steps up to make a prx editor GUI, then I might throw one together...

That has nothing to do with the editor, but rather the un-availabilty of that offset in later firmwares. Sony changes things up on us and sometimes wee gain and loose different abilities :(
If you fake your region to japan in recovery you will get the tv menu and 1seg icon to appear.
the last 4 revisions of takeshi's editor has the ability to add/remove/move all subicons so if you were using an old one that's why it didnt work.

When you choose save..the changed files are written to \xmbcw\done\module\ they do not overwrite the originals that you loaded, maybe that is the problem?
