Yutaka and Azan-nyan (forgot her her real name lol)
But that's only in breast size (O_o) not as characters although I do kinda like Yutaka as a character.
Also some character's breast look bigger than they are in the show but that might just be me.
there are a lot of obsessed fans, but that doesn't stop me from liking it =D im sure that the case for a few people.
hell id get some AKG headphones if they werent so goddamn expensive, and didnt use a 1/4" jack, that needs an adaptor to fit in my iPhone. (Mio uses them xD)

What can i say? K-on is too shallow.
Here's my quick review (contain no spoilers)
Pro:
+Moe girls: from big boobs to small boobs, from forehead(yes, there's fetish for those, some even want SCARRED forehead) to armpit, from student council to imouto, from swimsuit to sailor uniform, got to have 'em all!!!
+Decent music: (yes, decent, not THAT good, no where near the quality of God Knows, Lost my Music, etc) Don't say 'lazy' is quite good though.
+Some light laughable original humor.
Con:
-Full of fanservice: the whole thing is fanservices.
-Shallow story: there's no depth to this one at all, you can pretty much predict what gonna happen next easily if you 've watched a few slice of life anime/manga. if it is for you then dude, you need to read/watch more stuffs, not only anime and manga.
> this one is depend on people ( i guess )
-Poor character designs: the mangaka can draw cute girls, yes, but almost none of the girls' personality is unique at all. Yui is stupid, TOO stupid perhaps, Ritsu is background girl type, with normal sexual harassment jokes( face it, she has almost no highlight points at all), Mugi: no, just no, one messed up character. Azusa+Mio: ok face it. they are mixtures of everything 2ch finds cute: Long hair, tsundere, blushing, easy scared = crying, etc etc etc, can't list em all. the rest? you can figure by yourself
say, if you can prove me wrong, then go ahead and shoot me. ( prove me wrong first, THEN shoot me)
its all down to opinion, and i can't change yours :) noone can
K-ON wasn't meant to be a serious show, im quite sure of that. it was an easy-to-watch slice of life that didn't need much effort to watch. that's why i liked it, plus i wasn't bothered by fanservice (though im not into foreheads xD)
i myself can't understand why it became so popular to the extent it has (crazy obsessed fans etc.), for the reasons above that you gave, but whatcha gonna do? =D there'll always be obsessed otaku nuts who devote their life to a show and buy everything there is merchandise wise.
it wasn't a groundbreaking show, i don't think that was it's intention.
the only thing about K-ON that bothered me was there wasn't enough music.

I'm not saying it's not good because it's not serious, it's too predictable.
Spoiler for REAL SPOILER:
oh oh oh sensei bring some cosplay costumes again, guess how everyone will react?
everyone: oooo cute cute ay yayayayaya
mio+azusa: blush , sit in a corner, oh noesssssss
this happen at least once every episode, except the sensei part.
oh oh oh they gonna get serious and practice!
everyone ermm imma drink tea and eat cake in stead!!!!!!
stuffs like that.
and hell, even the songs are fanservices if you ask me o.o
i mean, c'mon!
