as metioned above DA put in some faster psx loading whereas it  used to take just as long as if playing on a actual ps1
now you can just speed up the process

I say that 3.30 will have customization.

Main differences would be the higher res video support (which, if you ask me, is rather pointless) and better PSX :P  Heck, with all this PSX improvement, I really want to get a PS1 version of FF7...  Dang, I only have the PC version (need to see if my friends have it).
Only PSX game I have is disc 1 of FF9, which I borrowed just to test the PC PSX emulator.  It came in handy for making the Simple Popstation GUI though :)
