Superman could easily fly in and out without paying anything.  However, his moral sense of judgment wouldn't allow him to do that.
Santa, on the other hand, makes all the presents, so he could threaten the store owners with thoughts of discontinuing supplies to get reduced prices.

Santa's seen all the Christmas presents, however, being given one of them would mean that the person giving the presents liked the present, and thought it would be suitable for Santa.  The thought would be enjoyable for Santa.

I was careful not to mention age in this one.  Also, I didn't say who would be more attractive.
For a girl under the age of 8, Santa could easily win, simply by showering her with gifts.  Superman, on the other hand, is hopeless with kids.
Over the age of 8, they would no longer believe in Santa, so he wouldn't have a chance.
