even then, you can get that program that mocks a firmware.  

I can have a 3.40OE-A for example and I can make it say 3.71VE.. or I could open up Photoshop and make something up real quick.  I wouldn't get your hopes up to much

can i just raise the point, its not that DAX couldnt make a 1.5 kernal, its that he didnt. Perhpas he couldnt, idk, but that's not what actually happened...i think DAX relaeased it separatley to allow slim support aswell

dax said something about some hardware problems 1.5 kernel is possible but it would be severly buggy for eg the brightness problems

Ehh, I won't bash 'em until I have cause.  I'll feel really stoopid if they come out with the greatest cf ever and I sat here saying they're full of it.  Wait and see.

I can do change my system version too followign my tut...
Look at this image:

Look at the font in the system version and look at the font in the clock and date. i don't think they are the same.
