They are decryptet you can open them with the RCO editor

Or maybe im decrypting them bad , but if the system plugin gots the sounds inside , i think th decryption is good .

I'll probably take a look into the 3.51 stuff later. I'm going to try to catch up on some of the mods I've missed first and make some changes to my 3.40 xmb. I'll probably install m33 on my other psp later and mess with it.

I am gonna load all my theme icon's into the decrypted rco's of 3.51
And if Bstonga can alter the his common_gui.prx files and sysconf_plugin.rco then i be fine!!
