What is your firmware?

6.39
Do you want permanent CFW?

Yes please.
As long as I can run Isos and home brew applications
I can watch a YouTube instructional video to do it myself I just need to know what cfw is best for me. I also hate the idea of using Prometheus launcher but if there is no other way its ok.

It's risky but if you want do the following steps:

Quote:1) Download this link
2) Then put folder "PSP" to the root of your memory stick.
3) Download OFW 6.20 here and put it to "PSP/GAME/UPDATE"
4) Now run DOWNGRADER in XMB and it will downgrade to OFW 6.20.
5) Then in my application go to "(L)CFW PRO >> 6.20 PRO-X >> 6.20 PRO-B10" after the installation exit application and in XMB launch "6.20PRO Updater" and press X to install CFW
6) After that run 6.20 Permanent Patch then press X and press X again if it will exit to xmb then it's ok and run 6.20 Permanent Patch again then press X and O. But if it will freeze after PRESSING X twice then use FAST RECOVERY when you CFW went away.

Sorry for my bad english..

no it was the ofw firmware 6.20 psp 3000 9g can not go lower than 6.35
Its already hacked now working 100% at 6.35 pro B-6 but there is no permanent patch.

I hope they continue to work on a solution, I already looked all over google.

Weird. Downgrader v5.0 must downgrade to ofw 6.20 even if your psp is 09g..

ok I learned a few things.
there were 2 9g 3000 psp models released
some were packed with 6.39 and some with 6.35
I downgraded to 6.35 but it still did not work my guess is that unless mine was packed with 3.5 im doomed to use fast recovery + custom themes aren't usable.
