Played it for an hour. Pretty good, controls are a pain but gets easier to control. Beating up hookers is still as fun as ever.

I assume this game would be easier to play with a physical keyboard. I always hated playing complex games on a touch screen (especially emulators).

So far so good. Driving cars is a bit hard but meh

I tried it out on my ipod touch 4 the other night. I am disappointed really.
It crashes because of apples memory issues. (if an app is taking too much memory ios will close it regardless of whether it can run or not) So even though I was able to get to the safe house it crashed as soon as I was about to save my game. its only playable for me with the top-down view camera. hopefully rockstar will fix this issue, because its unplayable. I guess I'll just go back to playing on my psp... but I want the 3 storyline..

I still haven't beaten gta 3 :P

Surprised about how I got used to the controls so quick I do crash every once in a blue moon, that would be my os's fault though.

I still haven't used a gun so I don't know how challenging that is but I can atleast do everything else~

Mine's not crashing at all. Using iPod Touch jailbroken Tethered iOS 5.0.1.  Also for those who're struggling with the controls, you'll get used to it as you do missions.

It might be that I'm using the japanese version... lol

Mods for the computer work apparently but I haven't tested it out~

I want to use some of the san andreas skins but not sure if they'd work
