Last time I experienced an anxiety attack, felt various things

I hard time breathing, nervousness, was hyperventilating, felt nauseous as if I was going to vomit, and heart palpitaions 

just thinking about it makes me feel bad

Well I used to twitch but I learned to just calm down and relax.
Never really had breathing issues like you guys have.

My sister gets anxiety attacks also...

i also get dizzy and feel faint, and really weak

Ah, I just googled it... It would seem it has happened to me many times Ahhyes

I freak out...
I get angry and suicidal, my heart feels like it's being stabbed
I hurt myself but quietly because I don't want other people to know, to worry, to get mad at me.

Unless I'm just crazy. Facepalm

It rarely happens anymore but it will start back up when I start going to public school and especially when I move out.

I've been able to stop them from ocuring lately thanks to my messed up mind. Hero

same here, i don't get angry though

also ive heard when people are having attacks, they think of asking friends or family for help, but the chemical imbalance "talks" to you and tells you why bother telling them or asking for help, they can't do nothing you

when having these attack, i do feel alone. even if in a crowded room

I've felt that way lots of times too, and it sucks. Especially when you have no one to talk to about it, and if you do, they don't care. Then I get even more angry and upset, and I just feel like dying.

I have no clue. For some reason, when I use art text, sometimes it shows up as something else that was said from a different user who used art text previously. Mainly Lunar for some reason. Weird...
