generaly something weighs more than nothing, but I don't think this apples in this case, because even a blank hard drive is still filled with "00000" all over.... I do think it makes an interesting thing to look up

hahahaha! all the mass is already part of the drive! it doesn't weigh more to put something on it! youd probably have a greater weight change if you weighed a paper to see how much the ink weighs!
