I assume you tried the other addresses too?
Do you have a NAT?  Run:

in the command line and dump the output.

well i would still try and get it working because you never know when you may need it.
so if you want to solve this little problem, have you checked the port forwarding on the ics machine as well? also because of the nature of ics some services are not allowed by default so you need to either manually add them or enable them (if i remember correctly).

Rather than messing with ports, you could get hold of a copy of:
utorrent turbo booster.

I use it, and it actually worked for me.  can't guarntee it would work for you, but its worth trying.[/align]
