You're right, email bomb her (assuming she left her email address) complements about she is sexy or cute or gay or loli or desu. once you have her affection level at 5 email her saying you want to meet her <insert name of romantic place here> and that you could not bring chocolate and roses so you bring weed and condoms instead.
The rest is up to the player to decide.

You have to watch out for the dating flags though! and it helps to sneak into her room and read her diary to figure what she likes.
