ok so its not a mac (i think) and its not Linux (since PS is not supported yet, again I think)

Its not a theme.

It completely replaces Windows Explorer as your desktop/window manager.

You can customize almost every little thing.

If you want I can give you my styles settings so you can build on it. MaDsoul might be using something different because it has rounded edges and the bblean I use doesn't have that option.

The dock on the bottom is just RKlauncher with a Leopard theme.

Use the TweakUI powertoy

Go to Desktop and uncheck the Recycle Bin icon.
