Woot! I've decided I'm going to learn a new programming language and ultimately use it to make a site I had in mind. Yesterday I came across a PDF from Adobe about Programming in AS3. I wanted to print it but it was 814 pages... So I went and had it printed somewhere and now I have a book of it :D I also installed Flash CS3 successfully, so I'm almost set.

Basically AS3 is a language for controlling and doing stuff in Flash applications, i.e. swf files. You can make an SWF file from just a bunch of AS code, which is what I'm going to be doing first. You can do almost anything in it and there were lots of improvements since AS2 so im pretty excited, lol.
