Just got an offer to join the MyBB development or support team.
Since I don't like support (shoo noobs) the only one I'd go for would be development.

Screwing around with PHP is getting kinda mundane (it's extremely easy language, but, yer...), but I decided to accept anyway. I've actually never worked in a team on a development project (I've programmed for people at work, but by myself), so I thought this might be an interesting opportunity to see how others group together on a development project. Might learn some stuff too :P
