Installing 3.71 SDK into Cygwin

cool thanks guys.

so just to re iterate:  

All I need to do is drop the "include" and "lib" folders (that came in the "Sdk" folder with 3.71 M33)  directly into my Cygwin folder, and then follow the steps Pirata Nervo has outlined above?
