lat03 Wrote:my first pc used 3.11... a week after they gave me the pc, my dad's friend upgraded it to w95...

my second pc used w98...

my current ( like 8 years old, got it in the 2000) had w/98, some months later w/ME, and like 6 months ago I installed XP... oh, and like 2 months ago i installed vista, and reinstalled xp when the activation ran out =P

well as you can see here, LAT03 confirms. an 8 year old PC ran Vista.
Vista is fine. I don't see the big fuss.
I don't use IE, firefox For the win! that's why when I vLited my Vista.  I removed things like the speech, extra languages , IE. . .

I have to say. I don't see ANYTHING wrong with Vista.
so there are like 3 confirmations when you want to delete something but you can remove that. I did its like winXP.
Vista is fine.My computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements for Vista but it still runs fine. Just like lat03's PC.

Vista SP1 should HOPEFULLY make some believers. but since they are making SP3 for XP, I doubt people will listen, I will stick with Vista.
