simple blur/effect tutorial
didnt know what to name it beacause this is my first tutorial lol
it works with all photoshop cs2/3 and 7 and cs from what i know

but basically this tutorial will teach you how to make a simply awesome looking background in less than 5minutes which could be further edited to make even cooler backgrounds and sigs

create a new image
you can use any size but to keep the page loading fast im going to use 500x375
make sure its black i havent tried this with different colours

yes i know it says designiso but ignore that

now just mess about with it any way you can using brush at size 9 set to  white you can make it larger for bigger images
heres what i made doodling

now go to filter-blur-radial blur
use the setting in this screenshot you can mess with it abit to you taste i used best because its the best

now go to filter-stylize-find edges this will invert your picture hit ctrl+i to fix this

repeat the blur process
[Image: radialblur.jpg]

your image should look like this or something like this

now where the background really kicks in

go to image-adjustments-hue/saturation and click colorize and put the saturation to 100 thand mess about with the hue for a desired colour

and SHAZAM!!!
