I think it's probably an inserted page resource...  I don't really know how to insert page resources yet (I could probably insert image resources).
The main reason is that there's a "pointer section", but it seems to have no logical order.  If you open the "Random Data" dialog, the list shown there is the unordered list.  The order of this "unordered" list is important however - changing the order can cause the PSP to freeze
