Edit : i don't have your paff offsets , and its looking real wierd , anyway i include you a clean VSH decrypted , for you to try also , i gues the offs for àf , are 0 for XMB speed , horizontal and vertical , and your topmenu is set to 0 ? or you want to be like that , well the vshmain will help you , for the icons im not sure as i see a big mix of you icons , cause of the paff not right ....
