Sorry for 2x post.....

Just figured to add two things that would hopefully help.

1.) You need to go to Recovery Mode/ Configuration and change it to 1.50 Kernel.

2.) The Hex address for the path of "ms0:/PSP/GAME/GOTORECOV" is
0002B10 - 0002B20
