Out of the blue, it seems the host has wiped the EP server!
Well, here's their explanation...

I'm not sure how they've actually managed to be compromised by a brute force attack.  Sounds rather sketchy, but at least they've provided a reason I guess...

Anyway, the system was wiped and they ain't restoring it, so I've had to go through the painful process of setting everything up again and pulling from a backup.
Being a backup, some more recent data has been lost, but not too much.

Still need to go through fixing config up etc, but it seems that most things are alright.  If you notice something different, please do tell though.
(I'm also experimenting with a slightly different setup, since I've had to take the trouble anyway...)
