Vision varies with people, but I'd be extremely surprised if you can see quality difference above around 576p with that setup.
Some measures:
at 300ppi (about the perceptual limit of the human eye), a 2160p screen would be 14.7in
at 200ppi (about the perceptual limit for a computer screen), 2160p screen would be around 22in
