I got:
- A Drill, with 2 drill bit sets
- A Black and Decker RTX, with a set of grinding plates, and fiberglass cutting discs
- A Hammer
- A replaceable head screwdriver, with 3 sets of bits
- A Flathead and Phillips screwdriver
- A Stud-finder
- A ruler
- A Ratchet, with a complete set of heads
- a Jacket
- $75
- and A bag to hold all of my new tools
I really like the RTX, it has a 3 speed adjustment option, and can be set to either 5,000, 15,000, or 30,000 RPM. The only complaint that I can come up with is that it had a really chocolatety collinder, and it broke after one use, so it can't cut anymore, cause it has no collinder to hold the fiberglass cutting discs. I think that I want to spend my money on a dremel set, and use the dremel to cut, while the RTX will be my grinder. The thing that blew my mind about the RTX is that it fudgeing MURDERS rust. I also think I might have to go pick up a respirator, because this thing kicks up dust like a french maid.
My drill that I got is also really nice. all of my tools have a lifetime warranty, and the drill has 22 speeds. the drill recharges fast (about 5-7 hours tops) and it has an 18.7 volt battery. I hate the drill because the only way to recharge the battery is by plugging the DRILL into the wall, instead of using a charging dock, which is not good. also, the battery is proprietary, so if I get a better battery, like a 22 volt, id have to special order it from Black and Decker. the drill, however, had no problem drilling through 5 inches of hardened copper, which is excellent.
The bag I got... omg, that fudgeing bag, first of all, the bag has pockets on it that are DESIGNED for the tools that I got. now this would be all fine, and dandy if the pockets would actually fit, which they don't, I've already been cut by the screwdrivers hanging out of the pockets of this piece of spoon 4 times, and I'm pretty sure these are permanent scars, now this is just an annoyance, but, my god, those screwdrivers are about to be re-sized.
