Can I use M33's np9660.prx in 3.40OE?

I'd really like to use the sony isoloader's capabilities, but I don't want to upgrade from 3.40 OE-A' just yet. Can I somehow use the prx as a plugin? If so, how exactly do I get the prx without upgrading? Thanks.
