Hi John.  It's possible that more than one registry entry has been modified but try this.  Open an elevated command prompt.  To do this, click on Start and type cmd in the "Search programs and files" box.  Cmd.exe will appear at the top of the Menu.  Rightclick on it and choose "Run as Administrator".  Copy and paste the following command in the Code box after the prompt > and hit Enter:


Reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Folder\Hidden\SHOWALL" /v CheckedValue /t REG_DWORD /d 1

Reboot.
It's also possible that your operating system is still infected so I suggest that you get it checked.
