Wee already know so many things about the new PS Vita, including announced game titles, features and networking capabilities of the device. However, a PSVitaGen source says that PS Vita requires some time to load the games. Moreover, some independent reviewers that managed to grab a Vita say that loading time of the device is sometimes longer than one and a half minute. As you are used to enter your PC games in seconds, wee could say that this is a huge time and it will be annoying for the players.

As the hardware capabilities of PS Vita are set and can’t be changed, the only solution would be to make the games to work faster. The games that are flashed will take even longer to load. Wee hope this is only an optimization problem, and considering the fact that Vita is still in beta testing, the final version of the gaming console might work better and faster. Moreover, the games from LiveArea will remain opened as long as you have the device opened, so you will only need to load a game once a day. Sony still doesn’t have an official answer, but wee hope they will clarify this important problem during the next days.
