Whyowhy So I'm having trouble downloading ANYTHING/Everything from microsoft.

I'm trying to download .net framework 3.5 Emptyone
And was able to  downloaded it from cnet Ahaa

But it was unable to download the installation files when I ran it Burning
I even click the "delete current installation" as Craprosoft suggested Smokingg
Which lands me in my current situation.

Can't download .net framework , and don't have it Erk

Does anyone experienced this problem/know where/ or can upload the offline installer for 3.5 or 4.0 Kantoi
