what benefits are lost from disabling it?

without Irshell : Laggy on xmb, when exit on usb it kinda freezes like 2-3seconds then memory stick starts blinking.

with Irhsell : Vice versa. Makes it fast loading but still have lag when you exit a "game"...only game.
